With over 20 years of experience in recruiting, Jan has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand the HR needs and craft the most suitable solutions.

Before founding Wavetel ApS early 1997, Jan worked in the Mobile Industry, setting up mobile networks around the globe for first Ericsson, then later Mobilix, Telia, and finally ended the carrier as Network Optimization Manager at Orange, where he run a team to Top qualified optimization engineers, responsible for keeping the mobile network up to speed.
