Ken has been in aviation since 1984 when he started working as Cabin Crew with Monarch airlines at Glasgow Airport in the UK. He then went on to fly for several other major airlines such as: Air UK Ltd (KLM UK), Emirates and Qatar Airways where he was seconded to the Amiri Flight and a company approved auditor. He also spent 15 months working in the crewing department responsible for crew scheduling.

Relocating to the USA from the Gulf he was part of a team chosen to restructure Vietnam Airlines and was soon appointed Regional Director for World Air Leasing going on to restructure the sister company Eagle Air Charter, a Part 135 Charter operation.

Upon moving back to the UK, Ken was Business Development Manager for Aviation Job Search before being headhunted internally to become Head of Training for Aviation Courses whose clients included Virgin Atlantic, City Flyer and Thompson.

At this time Ken became an independent consultant for various clients, including Sudan Airways, Touch Aviation and Safi Airways. Since then Ken has held senior roles such as Regional Manager and Business Development Director before forming Aerocon Solutions.

He has been supplying personnel to the industry for the past 16 years.
