With over 10 years of experience in recruiting and more than 8 Years of Technical experience, Tome has been on both sides of contracting so has the knowledge and advantage of understanding different aspects of the business and day to day activities of internal and external team members.

Before starting the partnership with Wavetel ApS, Tome also worked in the Mobile Industry, setting up and Optimizing mobile networks around the globe including Vodafone, Telia Sonera and Many other operators. His background gives the confidence and the knowhow needed, not only on the recruiting, but also on the technical side.
